Automated Welding Machine
Our NAP Universal Welding System enables us to offer an enhanced welding process, which is fast and efficient resulting in increased accuracy and productivity.
Manual Welding
Using MMA stick welding, our manual welding is carried out to BS EN ISO9606-1:2017. Welding machines are regularly serviced and calibrated as part of our welding procedure and ISO9001 certification.
Roll Grooving
The company has the capability to groove from 25mm to 400mm pipe. Regulated depth checks are undertaken as part of our quality control procedure.
Threading
All pipes are screwed with a BSP thread ranging from 15mm to 80mm nominal bore. Regulated checks are undertaken as part of our quality control procedure. All fittings are attached using jointing compound and cotton which provides a watertight seal.
Technical
Our highly experienced team are able to list all design drawings, accurately and efficiently, in preparation for fabrication. Working closely with designers enables us to meet their exact requirements and provide a customer focused service.
Transport
Our fleet of company vehicles enable us to carry up to 4 tonne per delivery.
Hiab transport, up to 17 tonne, is outsourced to our preferred local haulage company
